What we collect
When you order, subscribe or contact us, we collect your name, email address, delivery address and the details of your order or message. Payments are handled by our payment provider; we never see or store your card number. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party trackers.
How we use it
To roast, pack and deliver your coffee, to manage your subscription, to answer you, and — only if you signed up — to send our newsletter twice a month.
Who we share it with
Royal Mail or our courier, to deliver your order, and our payment provider, to take payment. Nobody else.
How long we keep it
Order records for six years, as UK tax law requires. Subscription details until you cancel plus twelve months. Newsletter sign-ups end the moment you unsubscribe.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it, by writing to [email protected]. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
